By placing an order with Risk Apparel, you agree to these Terms of Sale. Please read them before completing your purchase. These terms apply to all orders placed through our website.

Product Information
We do our best to ensure all product descriptions, images, colors, and sizing information are accurate. Minor variations can occur due to screen differences, manufacturing updates, or hand-finishing.

Ordering & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, and other payment options shown at checkout. Risk Apparel reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or if the product becomes unavailable.

Shipping
Shipping times shown at checkout are estimates. Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery timing is outside our control. You are responsible for providing the correct shipping address. Risk Apparel is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
Because our products are produced in limited quantities, all sales are final unless the item arrives damaged or we send the wrong product. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Approved returns will be either refunded or replaced, depending on stock availability.

Cancellations & Changes
Orders cannot be changed or canceled after they are placed. Once an order is submitted, it immediately enters processing to keep fulfillment times fast.

Pricing
Prices may change at any time without notice. The price listed at checkout is the final price. Sales tax is applied where required by law.

Limited Warranty
Risk Apparel products are sold as is. We guarantee that your product will arrive free of defects. This does not cover normal wear, washing damage, or misuse.

Limitation of Liability
Risk Apparel is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that arise from using our products or from shipping delays. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the order.
